Google displays a black ribbon on homepage of Google India in memory of A. P. J. Abdul Kalam. This is the first time anywhere in the world that Google has displayed a black ribbon to pay tribute to an individual.

Improved Search Box With Instant In Search Results

As stated earlier on Sep 5, 2014 by Google, they have started implementing search box in site links with instant (auto complete) option enabled. This feature helps us to find the products/news within that particular site.

Find the screen shot below for the implementation.

The keyword which you search in the search box will take you to the site search of the site. For example, if I search for "Kid's Wear" in the box, the below result will be displayed.

Google Plus Profiles in Instant

Google now displays Google plus profiles in Google Instant for logged in searches. The profiles which are shown in instant are profiles of people in your circles and people having you in circles.

When I tried to search for the term "honey" I got these suggestion in Google Instant.

Honey Gowsy is a person having me in her Circle.

Suggestion In Instant by Google

Google now shows suggestions in Google Instant. Search for the term "soori" in Google.co.in it shows you suggestions in Instant.

When clicked on the suggestions it takes you to the appropriate search with their most relevant search term. For example Click the suggestion "soori - Film actor" it takes you to the search term "parotta soori"

You can also try by clicking the suggestion "soori - Duniya Soori, Film Director"

Google Ads in Instant

Google now displays ads in Google Instant(Mobile Search). The screen shot has been displayed below.
